Delivery Information

At Casadore, we make sure your skincare essentials reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days within Pakistan.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available in select cities).

  • International Delivery: 7–12 working days (shipping charges apply).

You’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Casadore products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable: Due to hygiene, opened skincare items cannot be returned.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at support@casadore.com with your order number.

    2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.

    3. Refunds (for eligible cases) are processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.
